Im Jaehyoung visualizes images of disappearing elements and loss. In his "Solid Water" series, the icebergs stand solitary in a silence so profound that even sound seems absent. Yet, beneath their interface with the sea, they incessantly erode and melt away. The icebergs, destined to remain only as images, become metaphors for things left behind or taken away, existing and vanishing in unknown distant places.
