Surachai Mawornkanong, also known as Niam Mawornkanong, is an established Thai artist specializing in intricate acrylic painting on canvas. He used his art to captivate audiences' attention then set them free to explore their own subconsciousness. Though possessing degrees in philosophy and fine art, the majority of his technique is self-taught and compliments the fact that he is colorblind. His work also displays a versatile vision ranging between abstract principles and realistic portraiture.

Established since 2018, Joyman Gallery is a contemporary art gallery situated in the city centre of Bangkok with two exhibition rooms over the area of 3,500 sq.ft. The gallery represents established and emerging Thai and international contemporary artists, e.g. Niam Mawornkanong, Tarntara Sudaduong, Chaiyot Jindagun, Therdkiat Wangwatcharakul, Bobby Leash, Sauce Harrison, Tat Nattee, etc. An incorporation of remarkable artists and experienced curators have created a new dimension of art exhibitions for all art lovers and collectors. Our work is based on the concept of JOY & JOIN to present New Contemporary Art ranging from Urban Art, Street Art, Pop & New Surrealism, Contemporary Abstract, Digital Media, etc. All of which are expressed in a wide array of mediums and contents, yet resonates with the modern world and urban ways of life via carefully curated exhibitions at our spaces and art fairs throughout the year.
