Moonhee Cho

For Moonhee Cho, the series of photographic works are both a process and a result of pusing ‘resemble’. ‘Resemble’ creates a gap skimmed from reality, making one revisit the place glimpsed at first sight. The landscape that was once passed by reveals a dramatic presence in a form that was never reached, even in places that were numb, different from the afterimage left in the mind. Following the image in the landscape, she visualizes the conflict stemming from ‘resemblance’.
